We are actively seeking seasoned Counterintelligence Professionals to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Surveillance Course (CSC).
JCITA Instructors perform a vital role in support of the Counterintelligence Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Surveillance.

Duties: |
Responsibilities of this highly visible role will have JCITA Instructors responsible for functions such as, but not limited to, course development, curriculum development, student evaluations and course critiques. Knowledge of in-residence, mobile training and distance learning via a learning management system (LMS) is highly desirable.

Qualifications: |
Candidates must be certified in Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CFSO) with field experience. Prior graduates of the JCITA Counterintelligence Source Operations Course or Military Source Operations (MSO) will be considered for this position.
Additionally, candidates must provide ancillary requirements of: mission planning, source administration, intelligence and operational analysis, CI missions and functions, liaison, intelligence funds and oversight. Must have knowledge of fundamentals of CI, Force Protection and military CI operations. Former Special Agents highly desirable.
Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of or experience with:
• Five years experience in Source Operations (MSO, LLSO);
• Operational Cycle;
• Tradecraft;
• Operational and Intelligence Reporting; and
• Operational Security.
And must have the following:
• Candidate must possess a Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
