Duties: |
Previous Dealership Experience is required for this position.
Duties Include:
- Creatively and energetically lead a sales team and allow it to realize its maximum potential
- Ensure a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Improve CSI
- Find a creative and successful strategy to close every sale
- Hire, train, and retain winning sales personnel
- Assist with other functions as needed by the General Manager

Qualifications: |
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Prior dealership experience in Auto Sales or Auto Sales Management is REQUIRED
- Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or similar field is a plus
- Manufacturer certifications a HUGE Plus
- Some F&I background is a plus but not required
Offers of employment are conditional. Must have a valid drivers license. Candidates must also successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, reference check, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check, and must be able to obtain a Maryland Auto Sales License.
