Description: |
We are looking for experienced DSP (direct support professionals) who would like to be on our relief/on call list.
We provide residential and related services to adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Because we are a residential provide, available hours will be primarily evenings, overnights and weekends. Occasionally some day time hours (for doctor's appointments, people who are home sick or between jobs, etc.) may be available.

Duties: |
| Serve as second staff on duty *or* fill in for primary staff who is on leave. Assist with the running of the household, e.g. helping plan meals, assist with cooking, money management, problem-solving, transport to activities, ensure that people have opportunities for fun and recreation outside the house, communicate with families, administer medications, complete documentation, maintain household, etc. |

Requirements:
HS diploma
One year's related experience.
Ability to work well with and form positive relationships with a variety of people, including participants and their family members, co-workers,employers, etc.
Willingness and ability to help residents connect with events and groups in the community.
Commitment to completion of a training regimen of approximately 60 hours within the first 90 days. Jubilee pays for the cost of the classes, as well as for employees' time in the classroom. Classes may be a combination of day, evening and weekend hours.
Valid driver's license, at least 3 years' driving experience, clean driving record.
