Description: |
Part Time: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Provides support to the Call Center. Performs a variety of duties to include responding to mail correspondence to internal and external members. Acts as back up to Operator and Call Center as call volume and coverage dictates.

Duties: |
Responds to website email requests and other inquires in a timely manner.
Prepare online withdrawal request checks for mailing
Interacts with members to obtain follow up information and clarification. Communicates by correspondence, email and by telephone.
Cross-trained to work as an Account Service Representative and performs this duty when call volume dictates.
Tracks statistical data for accounts opened, maintenance performed and information mailed.
Fax/Copy information upon request

Qualifications: |
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year administrative experience in a financial institution.
Demonstrated administrative skills and ability to work with details. Must have excellent PC skills Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to professionally represent the Credit Union. |
