This is a pre-award of contract posting for PROGRAM MANAGERS
This position acts as overall manager and administrator with respect to contract requirements to support NAVAIR in the design, development, delivery, and installation of instrumentation and unique test and evaluation systems. |
Duties: |
Must be able to serve as the primary interface and point of contact with the (COR) on technical program/project and contract administration issues.
Must be able to supervise program/project operation by developing engineering, technical and management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, monitoring, and reporting progress.

Qualifications: |
Bachelor's Degree Preferred. Experience may be substituted for education.
A total of at least 8 years of applied engineering or management experience.
A total of at least 6 years of technical, management and supervisory experience which includes performing each of the functions with respect to technical trades.
A candidate with Twenty (20) years experience in technical trades as outlined in this PBSOW may be considered
Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in various computer programs required (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Must be a US Citizen
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance. The Secret Clearance process will include requesting a credit history.
