Duties: |
Ideal candidates:
- Have experience as an F&I Manager in a dealership environment or a strong financial background with the desire to learn
- Are assertive and knowledgeable
- Are results-driven, highly energized and self-motivated
- Have the ability to lead Finance team to top level performance
- Believe in honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications: |
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Prior F&I experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment Reference Check, Drug Screening, Criminal Background Check, and Motor Vehicle Record Check.
