Description:

Project Manager Description: shall work with their Manager and other representatives to achieve the objectives of the project they are assigned to. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the specific project (s) and insuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project including cost schedules, documentation preparation and customer interaction; Ensures that all control gates are met on schedule; Performs organizational wide integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems; ensures that the project team members are fully utilized or are made available to support other projects to meet the requirements. The PPM (Primavera Project Management) team is in need of additional PM support to multiple projects related to the maintenance, upgrade, exploitation, administration, training, expansion and integration of the Primavera Project Management product suite to other components. This person will perform other PM/SI duties as required, including the following: developing project leads; performing requirements analysis and gathering; writing project documentation; developing and amending project abstracts, cost estimates, and Service Level Agreements; maintaining PPM project records; addressing customer concerns; and managing projects within cost and schedule. Additional responsibilities may include providing quality assurance checks on other projects to ensure adherance to office standards. Briefings to the i2S Corporate Board and other management boards on project status and progress will be required. This person will also serve as PM for a variety of internal i2S projects some relating to PPM. This person must be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Mandatory Skills: PPM (Teamplay) experience; PM/SI experience; technical background and experience in software development and the project life cycle. Excellent customer service skills; good communications skills. Prior knowledge and experience with Agency project management process. Understanding of relational databases.
