Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering including experience in performing development, engineering interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems. Must have at least 2 years experience in object oriented software development including Java and/or C++. Must also have experience analyzing protocols to determine metadata of interest. Shall be able to package existing protocol processing modules to fit into various survey systems which may rquire either Java or C++ environments and output required metadata via a defined reporting format. Must be able to team with both network analysts to determine metadata needs and survey system developers to integrate the needed capability. Required functional documentation via JavaDoc and Wiki entries
