We are seeking a Principal Account Manager for our Linthicum Heights location. L-3 ASIT specializes in the research, engineering, production, deployment, and support of advanced signal processing solutions.

Duties: |
| The Principal Account Manager will be responsible for meeting the orders plan with assigned customers and territory. The Manager will also be responsible for the marketing and promotion of the company’s capabilities to grow customer orders. The ideal candidate must have the ability to discover and mine for new business opportunities. Other duties include establishing and updating a detailed orders forecast, conducting high level technical and business assessments on new opportunities and providing comprehensive details on customer requirements, award selection criteria and developing a competitive strategy during the pursuit phase. Attending industry trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company’s products and capabilities is part of this role. |
Qualifications: |
The position requires a BS degree in an Engineering discipline (MS preferred) and a minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Engineering, Program Management and/or Business Development roles in the SIGINT field. Must have thorough understanding of the SIGINT customer community and the mission performed. Demonstrated experience with DoD and government contracting processes and regulations required. Must have proven ability to understand and communicate technical requirements in SIGINT solutions including Radio Frequency (RF), Digital Signal Processing, Networking and Software Application functional domains. Advanced level computer skills for complex proposal preparation, spreadsheet (Excel), presentation (PowerPoint), graphical (Visio), and communication (Outlook) required. Position requires 33% domestic and/or international travel. Minimum clearance required is TS with TS/SCI desired.
