Qualifications: | SIGINT Experience: At least fifteen years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligent activity is desired.
General Experience:
Ten years in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers with:
o Ten years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.
o Significant experience in the following:
 Writing technical documentation for collection system efforts: Requirement Documents, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, etc
 Designing complex collection systems
 Performing tradeoff studies
 Performing System performance analysis
 Experience in designing collection data-flow
 Experience in designing a network to support collection systems
o The perspective candidate must meet all of the following criteria:
 Candidate must be a self-starter and can work independently in a fast and dynamic environment.
 Candidate must have working experience with MS Word, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
 Candidate must have good writing skills and be able to deliver technical presentations to large audiences.
Security: TS/SCI with full scope polygraph required.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meets the experience requirement OR equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
