Required:
• At least three (3) years experience as a Database Administrator monitoring, administrating, and implementing performance tuning on database systems as well as experience in database performance optimization, developing/changing database indices, redesigning database structure and reloading data into a database.
• Demonstrated experience in software development/engineering, including software specification, design, implementation, test, and documentation.
• General and specific understanding of current database releases.
• Demonstrated ability to document processes.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to crises objectively.
• Experience with UNIX and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge and experience in procedural language (PL/SQL). |
